Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I purchase a subscription?

If you wish to purchase one of the plans available, log into your Farm4Trade Suite account. On the main dashboard, click on Change Plans. From here, you can access the page with the available plans and their prices. You can choose whether to purchase a monthly or annual subscription. Follow the instructions to complete your credit card payment. If you are having difficulty with the purchase, please contact our support.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments made by credit card. We accept all cards belonging to the main payment circuits: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  Our partner to ensure the security of payments is Stripe. We are also working to make additional payment methods available.

3. What currencies do you accept?

We currently accept several currencies, including Namibian Dollar, Rand, US Dollar, and Euro.  The currency of the price shown in the Change Plan section and during the purchase corresponds to the currency of the country of the Billing account. If your currency is not available, the price will automatically show in Euro.

4. When will I be charged?

Whether you have purchased a monthly or annual subscription, the subscription will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on the same day each month (the day you subscribed). The annual subscription will renew after the initial 12 months term unless canceled before the renewal. We will send you a reminder via email 15 days before the renewal of the annual subscription and 5 days before the renewal of the monthly subscription take place.

5. How do I get my subscription receipt?

You can download both the receipt and the invoice for your subscription if it is available. Log into your account, and on the main dashboard click on Billing History in the Subscription and Billing section. From here, you can see all payments made, including those rejected and canceled. Select the payments for which you want to view the invoice and click Show Invoice. A window will open with the details of your payment and from which it will be possible to download the invoice or the receipt relating to the payment.
